Ordered the unlock key for my Treo 650. Be sure to follow directions exactly, including entering a billing address, even if you\'re paying online through PayPal. The notifications I received pointed out my error and I was able to reorder. The unlock key came within 15 minutes of completing my order. I followed the directions, and although not crystal clear, I was able to unlock my telephone in one try. Worked as advertised and now my Cingular phone will recognize and work on a T-Mobile SIM. I spent about a month dealing with Cingular trying to get the unlock code - which they will provide if you\'re persistent. But the code Cingular provide DOES NOT unlock the GMS portion of the phone, so you can\'t actually use another carrier;s SIMS in the Treo 650 if unlocked with the unlock code provided by Cingular. Don\'t waste your time, go directly to SuperUnLock.com and get the key. It works as advertised.
